In case a customer decides to return the product, an email should be sent to the email returns@kilo.health. Our customer service representative will contact you within 12-48hrs with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that must be included with the package you decide to return. The Supplement Return Form can be found at the bottom of this page.

Any supplements that you wish to return must be returned within 30 days after receiving, in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund. If a package is returned with no return label and/or RMA #, you may experience delays with the return, or it may not be authorized. The shipping fee is included in the price of a product, in case of returns, this fee is non-refundable (shipping fee may vary from $20-$22 depending on a customer’s delivery address). Once the product with an RMA has been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized via the same method that the payment was made. Please be advised that the refund may take up to 14 working days to be processed by your bank. If a customer fails to meet the deadlines of our returns policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

International shipping rates (except Canada) cover shipping charges only. Customs fees should be covered by customers and customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs.
“The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Max Nutrition to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Max Nutrition may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.”
If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge.
