Should the product need to be returned, an email should be sent to email@example.com. Our customer service representative will contact you within 48-72 hrs with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that must be included with the package you decide to return.

Any supplements you wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions, we will not offer a refund. If a package is returned with no return label and/or RMA #, you may experience delays with the return, or it may not be authorized. The shipping fee is included in the price of a product. In case of returns, this fee is not refundable ( shipping fee may vary from $20 - $22 depending on a client’s delivery address).
Once the product with an RMA has been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized by the same payment method. Please be advised that the refund may take up to 14 working days to reach your bank account. If a customer fails to meet the deadlines of our returns policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

International shipping rates ( except Canada) cover shipping charges only. Customs fees should be covered by customers and customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs. If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge.
