Adjusting your fasting type is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Open DoFasting app
- Home tab will indicate your current fasting type or challenge
- Click Settings at the top-right corner
- Select a different challenge or Advanced mode
- Choose your Eating window hours
- Click Save
If you decide that the fasting hours from challenges don't work for you, you can always set your own fasting time.
- Open DoFasting app
- In the Home tab, select the Settings icon at the top-right corner
- Choose Advanced mode
- Choose the Fasting type you'd like to follow
- Select your eating window
- Click Continue
Please note
The hours you choose for the advanced mode won't change until you decide to update them. Meanwhile, to participate in a challenge, you should follow the indicated hours once they start updating.
