Our Customer Success specialist will contact you as soon as possible with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). You will need this number for the Supplement Return Form, which can be found at the bottom of this page and must be included in the return package.

Please note: When you reach out to the customer success team about the RMA #, they will inform you which address to use. It is going to be the address from which the supplements were sent to you. We kindly ask you to use the correct return address. Otherwise, the package might get lost, and a refund will not be possible.
Any supplements that you wish to return must be returned within 14 days after receiving, in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions or if the customer fails to meet the deadlines of our returns policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
If a package is returned with no return label and/or RMA #, you may experience delays with the refund, or it may not be authorized. Once the product with an RMA has been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized via the same method that the payment was made. Please be advised that the refund may take up to 14 working days to be processed by your bank.
Shipping & Return Policy for international orders (outside the US):
International shipping rates (except Canada) cover shipping charges only. Customs fees should be covered by customers, and customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs.
If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we won't be able to refund you for that order or reship the order via another carrier. In this case, the package will be abandoned at customs.
If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge.
