If you cannot log in to the app, make sure you do not leave any spaces before or after the email. Also, we kindly ask you to pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
If it doesn't help, try to reset your password using the Forgot password link, which can be found under the password box in the login menu.
If you're a new user who cannot log in, it could be that you simply haven't created your login credentials yet. To do so, go to your email and look for a letter from us with "It Seems That You Forgot Something" in the subject line. There, you'll find the option to complete your registration. After that, you can log into the app and start using it!
