If you cannot log in to the app, make sure you do not leave any spaces before or after the email. Also, we kindly ask you to pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
If it doesn't help, try to reset your password using the Forgot password link. You can also find this option in the app under the password box in the login menu.
If you're a new user who cannot log in, it could be that you simply haven't created your login credentials yet. To do so, go to your email and look for a letter from us with "You need to set your password ASAP" in the subject line (you can paste this to the search in your email). There, you'll find the option to complete your registration. After that, you can log in to the app and start using it!
