Logging your calorie intake on the DoFasting app is really simple!
DoFasting meals
If you use a recipe from the app, here's what you should do to add it to your calorie intake:
- Click the Meals section at the bottom menu.
- Click on the meal you had.
- Tap Add to daily calories.
- Mark if this was your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack.
Your own meals
If you choose to use your own recipes, we've got you covered too! To add your calories, simply follow the steps below.
- Tap the + button at the bottom menu of the app.
- Choose that you'd like to track a Food or meal.
- Select if you had it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack.
- Use the search bar to Search for a meal or ingredient or click the barcode icon next to it.
- If you use the search bar, enter the food you want to log into the search and click + next to its name.
- Choose the amount that you consumed and tap +Add.
If you cannot find the foods you're looking for, add a custom meal. Here's how:
- Tap the + button at the bottom menu of the app.
- Choose that you'd like to track a Custom meal.
- Select if you had it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack.
- Fill in the name of the meal, calories, and macros (if possible).
- Click +Add.
