If you notice the body fat percentage and most other data are missing in the app after a measurement, try the following solutions:
- Make sure not to wear shoes or socks when measuring;
- Don't attempt to pair your device to the scale in the Bluetooth settings. It only works with the DoFasting app;
- Reset the Bluetooth and restart the DoFasting app on your device;
- Don't attempt to connect more than one Bluetooth device at a time.
