If you're having trouble connecting your Smart Scale to the app, try the following steps:
- Make sure to enable the Bluetooth function on your device;
- Don't attempt to pair your device to the scale in the Bluetooth settings. It only works with the DoFasting app;
- Reset Bluetooth and restart the DoFasting app on your device;
- Don't attempt to connect more than one Bluetooth device at a time.
If your Smart Scale is still not working, use the Submit a request link under this article and contact us. Make sure to explain the issue in as much detail as possible. Please include:
- Your phone model;
- Your phone's operating system and version;
- The DoFasting app version.
- It'd also help if you could attach a screenshot of the app when you're trying to pair your devices (if applicable).
