You may add and modify the history of your fasting, weight changes, and water intake. To access previous days, follow these steps:
- Open the DoFasting app.
- Click the Home section at the bottom menu.
- Tap any day at the calendar bar at the top of the screen.
- In the next window, you may edit the day you have opened.
- To access and edit more history, click the calendar icon at the top-right corner.
- Click on the day you want to modify.
- Use the pencil icon to edit (or the + icon to log new information) and tap Save.
At the moment, you can only modify calorie history, but you cannot add calories from the days you haven't logged them at all.
