There are a few ways to manage cravings. The first one and one of the most important ones is not to have snacks around. Try to avoid buying snacks or having them around because when you know that you have some snacks on a shelf at home, it is always tempting to go there and get them. While going out to buy snacks might seem a time-consuming chore, the craving will just disappear.
Another good way to combat cravings is to drink water. Most of the time, you can drink a full glass of water, and your craving will be gone as you feel fuller.
Also, try to avoid getting very hungry. Try to plan your meals so that there would not be a point where you are starving throughout the day as extreme hunger makes you think only about food, which makes cravings even worse.
